Genshin Impact 3.4 Leaks Reveal Onikabuto Fighting Event

New Leaked Information from Primordial Impact Reveals Part of the Event Menu HoYoverse is Adding to the Anime RPG in Version 3.4 Update

A newly leaked information has revealed a partial menu of events that will be added to the anime game in the version 3.4 update. HoYoverse plans to add onicab fighting events, new boss fights, and an expansion of the Sumeru Desert. The rules and conditions for the “Primitive Era” event have also been released.

The Onicab beetle fighting event is actually one of the unnamed events on the list, but enough detail is given to gather that the beetles will fight each other. Players will be guiding the Oni Beetle in a small one-on-one battle, similar to the “Fungus Frenzy” in version 3.2, but on a much smaller scale.

Upon completing five levels, players will receive primo gems, level-up materials, books of talents, and other useful items. New enemies will appear daily during the event, and you will need to defeat them to earn rewards.

Event looks like the 3.4 Lantern Rite

The event overview menu also teases another as-yet-unnamed event, the 3.4 Lantern Rite. We know it will appear in the next update, and the event description here mentions Ruhe several times.

In addition, the list includes a combat event called “Soul of the Warrior,” an area event called “Second Bloom,” and an entirely new location in the Sumaura Desert that appears to have a regular boss that looks like a snake.

All this early information comes from Timing, a known Genshin leaker. They appear to have deleted their Twitter account, but you can check out Reddit’s leaked Oni Kabuto combat event and event overview menu.
