Marauders is one of the most thrilling new multiplayer experiences for gamers looking to combine the intensity and immersive gameplay of first-person shooters with the thrill of loot collecting and crafting.

In this action-packed science fiction world, you play as a space pirate, alone or in teams of up to four, exploring vivid environments, hunting for valuable resources and equipment, and using them to craft new weapons, equipment, and accessories.

But with so much going on at once, you may find yourself overwhelmed and flagging more often than not. Fortunately, we’ve compiled a list of tips and tricks to help you survive longer in Marauders and increase your chances of coming out on top.

#1. Use Covers Wisely

To survive in an FPS, it is important to use cover wisely; in Marauders FPS, there are two types of cover: soft cover and hard cover. Soft cover is less defensive but allows you to fire your best weapons from cover; hard cover is more defensive but does not allow you to fire from cover.

When engaging the enemy, always use hard cover whenever possible. However, if a hardcover is not available, do not hesitate to use a soft cover instead of popping it out into the open.

#2. Watch your Ammo Count

Another important tip is to watch your Ammo Count; since ammunition is scarce in the Marauders FPS, you need to make every shot count. This means spending as much time on headshots as possible.

If you find yourself in a situation where you are low on ammunition and need to reload, be sure to take cover before doing so. Reloading while under attack leaves you unprotected and increases your chances of being killed.

#3. Communicating with Your Team

Marauders FPS is a team-based game, so it is important to communicate with your teammates whenever possible. Let your teammates know when you are reloading or need backup. Call out when you see an enemy’s position.

The more information your team has, the better you can play and the better your chances of winning. You don’t want to be the player who doesn’t communicate and lets everyone die. Also, improve your overall game skills for better teamwork.

#4. Use Abilities Wisely

In Marauders FPS, each character has unique abilities that can be used effectively in combat. Abilities are unlocked as you play, so it is important to experiment with abilities that fit your play style.

For example, the Engineer’s turret is useful for holding back an area or clearing a teammate’s retreat. The Scout’s cloaking ability can be used to get behind enemy lines and surprise them. Used wisely, these abilities can provide a significant advantage to the team.

#5. Grenades should be used strategically

Grenades are powerful weapons that can take out multiple enemies at once, but they can also be very dangerous if used incorrectly. When throwing a grenade, always be aware of attacking your allies, and try to heat the grenade for a few seconds before throwing it so that it detonates near the enemy position. Grenades can also be used to distract the enemy or to drive them out of cover, but be careful not to get caught in the explosion as well.

Know when to fight and when to retreat

It is very important to know when to engage the enemy and when to retreat and regroup. If you are outnumbered, it is often better to retreat and regroup with your teammates than to engage the enemy team alone.

However, if you are able to surprise the enemy team or if you can go up against the enemy team alone, by all means, try. Like aiming, the timing of engagement and retreat is a matter of experience and situational judgment, both of which will improve over the course of the game.

Improving Performance Takes Time and Practice

As with any skill, getting good at Marauders FPS takes time and practice. The more you play, the more you will understand the mechanics and flow of the game.

You will also get a feel for the different maps and know the best places to hide and ambush. But most importantly, don’t get discouraged if you don’t win every game. Keep having fun and keep playing, and before you know it, you will be crushing your enemies to pieces.
