TOWER OF FANTASY: KIM
If you have unlocked the Crown District, speak to the Slayer after riding the merry-go-round and roller coaster. You will be instructed to find a fireworks expert. You will then be taken to Kim, the manager of the Crown Mine. Go to the mine, talk to him, and he will tell you to defeat the seven samurai in the hyena base.
After defeating the enemies indicated on the map, Kim will ask you to collect 4 crystals and 2 fire cores. The crystals and fire cores are located on the other side of the river where Kim is. These are obelisks made of square red cores that can be broken using fire weapons.
These are located in the meadow across the river from Kim. Crystals can be purchased from vendors or collected from crystal clusters that appear as blue and white variants of fire crystal clusters. Give this to Kim, who will return you to your next destination, Slayer.
TOWER OF FANTASY: FELTON’S PASSWORD
Follow the Slayer to Bangues Harbor to find Felton, the firework setter. Felton is an NPC who hangs around the stalls in Banges Port. He is an NPC at Banges Port and wears a purple suit.
When you talk to him, he will tell you to go to the Hyena outpost and look for clues on the communicator.
You will need to find the “Hyena Confidential Document” at the Hyena’s hideout at the Roen Dock in Bangus. This document is located on the floor of one of the wooden bridges (next to the water tank) and contains the password to all hyena communications.
Enter and return the communicator password (1234) to Felton at the Bungee’s dock, then travel to the Slayer on Ketu’s Island to repair the pyrotechnic device and start the fireworks show.
Tower of Fantasy: Fireworks Repair

To complete the quest and launch the fireworks, you must set the in-game time to 22:00 and talk to the Slayer one last time. You can launch the fireworks as many times as you like, but you will only receive the EXP and park ticket rewards once.
