Users of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp have reported that the platforms have experienced outages.
According to DownDetector, which monitors technical outages, thousands of users reported the problem around 11.45 am PST.
Users in Indiana, Washington, Florida, Nebraska, and New York all said on DownDetector that their service was affected.
