One creative “Call of Duty: Warzone” player created a video combining Tom Cruise’s stunt and gameplay footage. The result is a hilarious Call of Duty: Warzone stunt that matches the live-action footage almost perfectly.

In Call of Duty: Warzone, you’ll be racing across the map in various vehicles to be the last man standing. The last team is standing, including ATVs, SUVs, cargo trucks, heavy choppers, and dirtbikes. Dirt bikes are the most lightly equipped and vulnerable, but they are fast and maneuverable. Skilled drivers can pull off some truly incredible feats and stunts.

Taiizor, a “Call of Duty: Warzone” player. Showcased his editing skills and creativity by posting a video on the game’s subreddit. That combines live-action footage of Tom Cruise with “Warzone” gameplay. The video begins with Tom Cruise riding a dirt bike and showing a Warzone overlay, then switches to a film crew showing the overlay during a spectator game. As Tom Cruise begins to ride his bike down the ramp, the video switches to Warzone, showing the operator operating the dirt bike on the battlefield.

The Warzone Helicopter

The scene then switches to Warzone operators making mad kills with crossbows from atop dirt bikes. The Warzone helicopter then drops a rope, and footage shows Tom Cruise being hoisted into the air by the helicopter.

The footage is a truly stunning and hilarious demonstration of Taiizor’s editing skills. How the live-action stunt footage of Tom Cruise is successfully combined with the gameplay footage of “Call of Duty: Warzone” is also quite brilliant; much of the “Warzone” footage is just amusing gameplay footage, so combining this with the live-action footage and overlay takes this footage to the next level.

Some in the thread called out the original Warzone gameplay as staged or fake, which may be true. But more players praised the video and its hilarity, not to mention that whether or not Warzone’s dirt bike stunts were staged, fans still find Taiizor’s video entertaining. It’s also a nice change of pace from the funny bug videos and clips highlighting Warzone 2’s server problems.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
